Get Involved
As a member, you'll have many opportunities to get involved, serve, and make a difference by joining one of our chapter committees.
Ensures financial accountability, transparency, and compliance with chapter bylaws, policies, and financial procedures.
Provides care, encouragement, and support to chapter members and families during times of illness, loss, or celebration.
Maintains and reviews the chapter's governing documents to ensure compliance with GUNAA policies and organizational best practices.
Leads volunteer and service initiatives that strengthen partnerships and positively impact the Arlington and Greater Tarrant County community.
Plans and coordinates fundraising initiatives to support scholarships, student programs, and chapter operations.
Promotes Grambling State University by recruiting prospective students and supporting them through High School Day, scholarships, Bridge Scholarships, and the Freshman Send-Off—creating a pathway from recruitment to enrollment and student success.
Recruits, welcomes, engages, and retains members while fostering a strong and connected alumni community.
Identifies, recruits, and recommends qualified candidates for elected chapter leadership positions.
Manages the chapter's website, social media, digital communications, and promotional efforts to keep members and the community informed and engaged.
